Consider This
In the first chapter of the Book of Romans, Paul expounds upon the fact that people will drift further and further away from God, with the result that they'll manifest the nature of the enemy more and more. Their Adamic nature will vaunt itself proudly in complete rebellion against the Lord. And it doesn't take much searching to see the fulfillment of that prophecy. The tragic part of this is that many of God's people are reacting to that in ways that are anything but the way He expects. In essence, the characteristics that the Lord has been trying to mature in them have quickly been supplanted by Adam. So, we have a choice.
