Consider This
As a follower of Jesus, we've been voluntarily placed in a position that the unregenerate haven't. And it can't be stressed enough that we have a choice. We can either seek after our own kingdom, or we can seek after the Kingdom of God. We're free to choose; but, whatever our decision, our choice carries consequences. And, actually, if we're true to our claims of being a follower of Jesus, then we really have only one path to take. We have to seek after the Kingdom of God, just as the only focus that Jesus had was His Father's Kingdom.
